Each year, many violin makers from around the world travel to New York to present some of their recent work at the Exhibition of Modern Violin Makers. This years event took place October 18-20 at the Kosciuszko Foudation on the Upper East Side. BSM faculty Naho Parrini attended the event with several violin students from BSM, so they could experience a wide variety of high quality modern violins. The students really enjoyed playing the violins and learning why they may like some violins more than others. Here are a few photos.
